Job description

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Functional Business Analyst to join our team and support a large-scale Workday ERP transformation. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders, functional leads, system integrators, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle., * Gather, document, and validate functional business requirements

  • Facilitate future-state workflow and business process discussions
  • Support Workday configuration decisions and configuration workbook reviews
  • Review integration requirements and assist with validation of integration designs
  • Gather reporting and analytics requirements
  • Support data conversion planning, validation, and data readiness
  • Develop end-to-end business process test scenarios and scripts
  • Coordinate and execute system, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
  • Support cutover planning, mock cutovers, and production readiness
  • Assist with data migration and conversion issues
  • Partner with training and change-management teams to support end-user readiness
  • Provide functional support during go-live and hypercare
  • Troubleshoot business process and system issues
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve integration-related issues
  • Support continuous improvement and future releases

Requirements

  • Workday Inventory
  • ERP Implementation & Business Analysis
  • Testing, Data Conversion & Go-Live, * Strong knowledge of Workday Inventory and configuration
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations through the full project lifecycle
  • Strong business requirements gathering and documentation experience
  • Experience coordinating testing and defect resolution
  • Experience with data conversion and validation
  • Experience documenting business processes and reporting requirements
  • Knowledge of cutover planning, production support, and hypercare
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, * Workday certification
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience working with system integrators
  • Experience supporting cross-functional ERP transformation teams

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position based in Boston, MA. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely while participating onsite in Boston during key Workday implementation events as required.

Employment Requirements

  • Candidate must be eligible for W-2 employment
  • No Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
