Job description
TOM Digital Technologies Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality IT services and ensure operational excellence across the organisation. You will lead service delivery teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvements to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services., * Manage the delivery of IT services in line with agreed service levels and business objectives.
- Lead IT support and service delivery teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service performance, resolve escalated issues, and implement service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and technology partners.
- Develop and maintain IT service management processes, policies, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, or infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, IT service management, and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ITSM platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.
- ITIL certification or other relevant technical certifications are highly desirable.
