IT Administrator

In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, security, and optimization of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across all departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about technology, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact!, * Support and colaberate on the upkeep of network infrastructure including DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), firewalls, and routing to ensure reliable connectivity.

• Administer Active Directory services, Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and Microsoft Outlook to facilitate smooth user experiences.
• Perform system administration tasks on Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain virtualization solutions using VMware and other virtualization platforms to optimize resource utilization.
• Assist in the develop of leveraging automation to streamline routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting end-users with technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, system changes, incident reports, and asset inventories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan upgrades, implement new technologies, and ensure compliance with security policies.

• Proven experience in system administration within IT environments supporting Windows platforms.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and subnetting.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook), and virtualization tools like VMware.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated analysis skills for diagnosing network or system issues quickly and accurately.
• Experience in troubleshooting printing and network connectivity issues.
