Job description
As a Service Desk Technician, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers’ IT needs. Your goal will be to resolve issues efficiently and leave customers feeling supported and cared for.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks like setting up user accounts, password resets, and basic device configurations.
- Document resolutions clearly to help the team and improve future support.
- Provide user education when appropriate, empowering customers to prevent future issues.
- Escalate more complex issues to senior team members while keeping the customer informed.
- Maintain a friendly and empathetic demeanor, ensuring every interaction is a positive one.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Remedy) is a plus, but not required.
