Computer Operator

• Operate and monitor computer systems and software platforms
• Enter, update, and maintain databases with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
• Work across multiple computer operating systems and platforms
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
• Assist with general administrative and technical tasks as needed
