Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will be part of our client’s IT Projects & Application Support department, focusing on maximizing efficiency and leveraging full Salesforce platform features. The role involves building new components and features to support our client’s business growth.

Salesforce Administrator - Responsibilities:

• Enhance and configure Salesforce applications to extend CRM functionality
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
• Develop test scripts and participate in quality assurance testing
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues or bugs in Salesforce applications
• Maintain security and data integrity by managing user roles and permissions
• Create technical documentation and provide training on new features
• Stay updated with Salesforce innovations and recommend improvements

• Proven experience (5-8+ years) as a Salesforce Administrator
• Strong declarative skills in Flows and Salesforce Administrative configuration
• Experience with Salesforce data management tools like DataLoader
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop efficient solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce Administrator certification

Salesforce Administrator - Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder)
• Experience with advanced Salesforce products like CPQ or Marketing Cloud
• Experience with client lines of business
• Working knowledge of development environments like Sandbox
• Experience with JIRA and project delivery methodologies

On behalf of our utilities client, Procom is searching for a Salesforce Administrator for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.
