Job description
- Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, permissions, and security configurations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce tools such as workflows, process builders, flows, and Apex code to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and execute system enhancements aligned with organizational goals.
- Perform regular system administration tasks including data management, record updates, and troubleshooting to resolve user issues swiftly.
- Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems like ERP platforms, leveraging APIs such as RESTful API for seamless data flow.
- Conduct system tuning and performance optimization by analyzing logs, load balancing configurations, and storage management strategies.
- Support software implementation projects by coordinating testing phases, documenting configurations, and providing end-user training on new features or updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM management role with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and configuration.
- Familiarity with solution architecture principles within Service-oriented architecture (SOA) frameworks to support scalable integrations.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex programming language for customizing workflows.
- Experience with system administration tasks including user management via Active Directory integration and security protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in software administration, system design issues, and technical support scenarios involving Salesforce or related platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Shell Scripting, or Python for automation purposes.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as RAID controllers, load balancing techniques, virtualization (VMware), cloud services (AWS/Azure), and network security measures including firewalls and VPNs.
- Background in computer science or related fields with knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server/Linux), databases (SQL/NoSQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL), and SDLC methodologies like Agile or DevOps practices.
