Tableau Developer

The Tableau Developer will design, develop, and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that support business and clinical decision-making., * Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

• Translate business and clinical requirements into effective data visualizations.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, healthcare stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Analyze healthcare and Palliative Care data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards that clearly present key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Connect Tableau to various data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, and other Tableau functionality as needed.
• Perform data validation and troubleshoot dashboard or data issues.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of Tableau solutions.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate improvements into dashboards and reports.
• Maintain technical and reporting documentation.

• 5+ years of professional Tableau development experience.
• Recent hands-on experience working on Palliative Care projects is required.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data and reporting requirements.
• Proven experience developing complex, interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

$45 - $50 an hour - Contract
