Job description
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to delivery
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
- Define user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines
- Validate designs using data, feedback, and usability insights
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices
- Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
Requirements
Do you have experience in User research for product design?, We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into engaging and effective user journeys., * 5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with usability testing and research techniques
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
- Exposure to design systems and component libraries
- Experience working on enterprise or large-scale digital products
