Job description

  • Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to delivery
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
  • Define user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines
  • Validate designs using data, feedback, and usability insights
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices
  • Advocate for user-centered design across the organization

Requirements

Do you have experience in User research for product design?, We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into engaging and effective user journeys., * 5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design

  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Experience with usability testing and research techniques
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
  • Exposure to design systems and component libraries
  • Experience working on enterprise or large-scale digital products
