IT Administrator at the Service Desk

As an IT Administrator (m/f/d) at the Service Desk, you’ll be the main point of contact for our employees and use your expertise and solution-oriented approach to ensure smooth IT operations. • Analysis, classification, and documentation of incoming inquiries in the ticketing system
• Independently handling support cases at the 1st and 2nd levels-remotely, by phone, or on-site
• Prompt, qualified, and subject-specific escalation to 3rd-level support
• Creation and maintenance of a knowledge base management system
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of standard software, software packages, clients, and mobile devices

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or comparable IT training
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft product ecosystem
• Technical understanding of hardware components, peripherals, network topologies, firewalls/VPNs, and the configuration of virtual environments using VMware
• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to travel as part of your job
• Very good German language skills and a Class B driver’s license.
