Job description

If you’re passionate about designing scalable CRM architectures and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!, * Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business objectives

Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions
Oversee Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
Manage Salesforce org health, data governance, and platform security standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Salesforce roadmap planning and continuous improvement

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture, development, or administration experience
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification preferred
Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware platforms
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
