Job description

WISETEK PROVIDERS INC is looking for a talented and driven Salesforce Architect to join our growing team in Washington, DC. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead enterprise-level Salesforce solutions that make a real impact. If you’re passionate about designing scalable CRM architectures and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!, * Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business objectives

  • Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions
  • Oversee Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
  • Manage Salesforce org health, data governance, and platform security standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Salesforce roadmap planning and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture, development, or administration experience
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification preferred
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware platforms
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
