Job description

Seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to design, automate, and operate next-generation hybrid cloud and Kubernetes platforms. This hands-on technical leadership role focuses on Kubernetes, IaC, GitOps, automation, platform reliability, and self-service capabilities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Kubernetes platforms, cluster operations, add-ons, Helm charts, and deployment standards. Develop reusable infrastructure modules using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools. Support hybrid cloud platforms including Azure and GCP. Drive workload migration from VMs to containers. Implement declarative, API-driven infrastructure aligned with GitOps. Automate provisioning, configuration, and platform lifecycle management. Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, logging, and tracing. Participate in on-call support, incident response, RCA, and reliability improvements. Manage Kubernetes security, RBAC, policy enforcement, and compliance. Requirements

5+ years in Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or DevOps. 2+ years hands-on Kubernetes experience. 3+ years with Terraform, Ansible, or Tekton. 3+ years GitOps experience with ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, RHACM, or similar tools. Experience with containers, Azure/GCP, and Linux. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell. RESTful API development/consumption and automation integration. Strong networking, security, and compliance fundamentals. Preferred Skills Istio / OSSM Packer / Image Builder Backstage / Developer Portals
