Job description
- Provide oversight of all PCI initiatives in partnership with the Enterprise PMO (EPMO), coordinating closely with EPMO, IT PMO, and Line of Business on PCI-related efforts
- Provide PCI DSS expertise in partnership with Information Security Governance and support the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) by providing coaching and guidance on PCI and technical considerations.
- Serve as the Project Manager for Information Security-owned PCI compliance initiatives, accountable for planning, execution, delivery, and reporting of assigned projects
- Oversee project resources, including internal staff, SMEs, technical leads, business partners, and third-party vendors
- May manage project financials (budget planning, tracking, forecasting)
- Oversee use or deployment of assets relevant to the project (technology, testing environments, equipment)
- Manage vendor relationships tied to project delivery (e.g., for testing, implementation, technology components)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 7+ years project management with 5+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk required
- Experience managing enterprise-wide PCI DSS compliance initiatives
- Licenses and Certifications: PMP, CSM, CAPM, CSPM, CISSP-ASSOCIATE, or equivalent preferred
- Strong working knowledge of PCI DSS, with experience supporting and driving enterprise compliance initiatives.
- Solid technical foundation in cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks (NIST, PCI, cloud technologies, IAM, vulnerability management, etc.)
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, translating complex technical topics into actionable business insights.
- Highly effective communicator.
- Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Proactive, confident leader with strong coaching skills and deep knowledge of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Detail-oriented and governance-focused, exhibiting strong organizational rigor and accountability
- Quick learner with the ability to rapidly grasp new concepts, technologies, and business processes
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, multitask effectively, and proactively drive issues to resolution in fast-paced environments
- Skilled in presenting information visually for executive audiences, producing clear, concise, and consumable materials (e.g., PowerPoint) and proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and project reporting/work management tools
