Development Operations & CRM Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Development Operations & CRM Administrator to join our team. • Support fundraising efforts through proposal writing, grant proposal development, and major gift solicitation strategies
• Coordinate and execute fundraising events, including planning logistics, vendor negotiations, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and donations
• Develop targeted email marketing campaigns utilizing tools like Constant Contact and Mailchimp to engage supporters and promote organizational initiatives
• Cultivate relationships with donors, volunteers, and partners through personalized communication, stewardship activities, and public relations efforts
• Assist with digital marketing strategies by creating content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and website updates to enhance visibility and engagement
• Conduct research on prospective donors, foundations, and grant opportunities to inform strategic planning and fundraising initiatives
• Support budgeting processes related to events, campaigns, and departmental activities while tracking expenses against allocated funds
• Manage volunteer programs by coordinating recruitment efforts, scheduling activities, and maintaining volunteer records

• Proven experience in database management with CRM software such as Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge; familiarity with Mailchimp or Constant Contact is highly desirable
• Strong written communication skills with experience in proposal writing, grant applications, and donor correspondence
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of nonprofit management principles including fundraising strategies like major gifts, planned giving, estate planning, and donor cultivation
• Experience in event planning from logistics coordination to post-event analysis
• Ability to negotiate with vendors and partners effectively while maintaining positive relationships
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques for email marketing, social media content creation, and online outreach
• Strong research skills to identify new funding opportunities and potential donors
• Demonstrated ability in relationship management within the nonprofit industry or similar sectors
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail in data collection and record-keeping
