SAP Deployment Analyst - Supply Chain

We are seeking an experienced SAP Deployment Analyst to support large-scale SAP S/4 HANA deployment initiatives across warehouse and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP deployment, hypercare support, warehouse management processes, and cross-functional coordination within fast-paced enterprise environments., * Support SAP S/4 HANA deployment and post go-live hypercare activities

• Coordinate with business, IT, warehouse teams, and 3PL partners
• Support warehouse and inventory management operations across multiple sites
• Assist with Make-to-Deploy and Order-to-Cash process execution
• Analyze operational and system data to identify process improvements
• Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives
• Troubleshoot deployment and system-related issues during rollout phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
• Support WMS/TMS integration and operational process alignment

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree required

• 4+ years of experience in SAP deployment or supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or TMS
• Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations
• Experience supporting go-live and hypercare activities
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and reporting analysis
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel extensively across the USA (up to 80%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects
• Background in process improvement and business transformation initiatives
• Experience working with multiple warehouse locations and 3PL partners
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility deployment environments
