IT Field Service Technician

A NW Technology Service Technician helps our clients operate more efficiently by implementing the proper use of today’s technologies. We are looking for candidates with an aptitude for IT, be customer-oriented, with strong troubleshooting skills. New hires onboard with a 6-week training and orientation program to ensure quality service to our clients.

Experience Preferred: 2-year degree and 1-year experience.

Valid Washington State Driver’s license required. Company vehicles are supplied.

Must pass a criminal background check.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra AD)
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac)
• Desktop Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
• Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android)
• Networking (DNS, DHCP, connectivity)
• Windows networking (File sharing, printing)
• Voice-over-IP phone systems
• Surveillance Systems, Network Video Recorders
• Basic Ethernet termination and testing., * Associate (Preferred)
