Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency Support data-driven decision-making across departments

Requirements

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Data Analysts to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both entry-level candidates looking to launch their data careers and mid-level professionals ready to deepen their impact. You will work with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions., Entry-Level Candidates: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment Mid-Level Candidates: 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred) Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Strong ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders Experience working with large datasets and databases Preferred Skills Experience with data warehousing or ETL processes Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling Knowledge of business intelligence tools and techniques Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Work Requirements Must reside in the United States Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills
