Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Intueor is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Consultant with strong project management and client-facing implementation experience to support public-sector Oracle Cloud HCM advisory and implementation oversight work., * Support and oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation activities, with focus on Core HR, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Pension/Retirement, Learning, workforce data, HR reporting, and related HR business processes.

• Lead and facilitate HR/HCM functional workshops, requirements sessions, process reviews, and best-practice discussions with client stakeholders.
• Develop, review, and validate functional requirements, business process documentation, configuration decisions, test plans, issue logs, and implementation deliverables.
• Provide project management and functional leadership support across implementation planning, design, testing, training, change management, deployment, and stabilization.
• Review vendor/system integrator work products and provide client-side assessment, recommendations, and quality oversight.
• Identify business process gaps, implementation risks, data/reporting issues, workforce data concerns, and opportunities to improve HR operations and system adoption.
• Prepare clear functional assessments, reports, presentations, decision materials, and executive-level updates.
• Coordinate with HR, benefits, talent acquisition, pension/retirement, learning, IT, finance, project management, and executive stakeholders.
• Support change management, training readiness, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

This role requires deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with particular strength in Core HR, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Pension/Retirement, Learning, workforce data, HR reporting, and related human resources business processes. The ideal candidate will have significant public-sector implementation experience and be comfortable working directly with client leadership, HR teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.

This is a full-time role with Intueor’s ERP advisory team.

This is a U.S.-based hybrid/travel role with a West Coast location strongly preferred. The position requires at least 50% client-site travel/onsite support and may require travel to client locations across the U.S., * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, information systems, public administration, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Fifteen+ (15+) years of experience with Oracle ERP/HCM platforms, including significant Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation experience.
• Strong functional experience in Oracle HCM, including Core HR, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Pension/Retirement, Learning, workforce data, and HR reporting.
• Primary experience supporting public-sector organizations, including public transportation agencies, city/county agencies, special districts, or similar public entities.
• Experience developing functional requirements, facilitating business process discussions, leading HCM implementation activities, and supporting ERP/HCM project delivery.
• Strong understanding of public-sector HR, benefits administration, pension/retirement processes, talent acquisition, learning, workforce data, reporting, controls, and related business processes.
• Ability to write clear functional assessments, technical/business reports, meeting summaries, issue papers, and executive-facing materials.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Ability to provide onsite client support at least 50% of the time, with additional onsite presence as needed., * Big Four consulting experience is a strong plus.
• West Coast-based candidate strongly preferred.
• Prior experience supporting public transportation, transit, rail, infrastructure, or other public agency ERP/HCM implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementation oversight, vendor management, testing, training, data conversion, reporting, controls, or post-go-live support.
• Experience with HR transformation, organizational change management, workforce process improvement, employee data governance, and user adoption.
• Technical, configuration, reporting, integration, or development experience is a plus, but the primary focus is strong HCM functional knowledge.
• PMP, SHRM, Oracle certification, Prosci/OCM certification, or other relevant professional certification is preferred but not required., * Bachelor’s (Required)
