Help Desk Support Specialist

Excellent food Manufacturing company is seeking a qualified Help Desk Support Specialist who will provide a single point of contact to the organization for information technology, including addressing and resolving issues, installing, and configuring software, and training. Must be able to multi-task and have a pleasant personality.

Key Duties:

· Identifies, researches, and follows up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.

· Resolves end-user issues, creates accounts, troubleshoots, and configures hardware to meet the needs of the organization.

· Onboards new users.

· Administers, documents, and monitors internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.

· Documents internal procedures and creates technical documents.

Minimum of three years of direct help desk administrator experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Bilingual strongly preferred

Proficient in administering users in a Windows domain, email, and file servers. Knowledge of PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, networking, and mobile devices.

Basic understanding of PC connectivity-Wireless, VPN, * Help Desk in a manufacturing setting: 3 years (Required)
