Experteer Overview As Product Manager for eBay’s Conversion Programs, you own a multimillion-dollar portfolio of customer communications to drive conversion, revenue, and engagement. You work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Build to shape the roadmap and deliver high-quality experiences. You lead experimentation and data-driven optimization across email, push and native notifications, guiding PRDs and end-to-end delivery. You’ll translate insights from analytics, tests, and market trends into innovative, scalable programs that enhance the user journey. This role offers a chance to shape communications at scale within a collaborative, fast-paced ecommerce environment. Pay / Benefits * Own and execute the product roadmap in partnership with Engineering, Data Science, and Build * Improve experimentation velocity and cross-functional collaboration to drive results * Identify and size opportunities using data to forecast impact and prioritize initiatives * Lead A/B testing from hypothesis to setup and targeting * Write clear product requirements (PRDs) and coordinate with Engineering for delivery * Manage project plans, dependencies, and alignment for execution readiness * Measure performance against targets and provide data-driven recommendations * Collect insights from customer feedback, market research, and industry trends to inform product innovation Tasks * 2+ years in product management, business strategy, consulting, or growth marketing with a focus on customer conversion; 1+ years in ecommerce * Experience owning and optimizing performance-based communications (email, push, in-app) including audience strategy and measurement * Strong understanding of UI/UX and design principles for email, push, in-app notifications * Marketplace experience preferred * Experience partnering with Engineering using Agile methodologies and building products from the ground up * Proven ability to deliver high-quality experiences in a fast-paced, iterative environment * Track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end * Experience developing and optimizing goal-focused email and notification campaigns in ecommerce Key requirements *
