Learning Management Systems (LMS) Coordinator I

As our LMS Coordinator I, you’ll play a key role in managing and maintaining our Learning Management System to ensure a seamless experience for our users. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and maintaining the LMS platform, including user accounts and course content.
• Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the system.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new courses and learning materials.
• Collaborating with team members to improve the user experience and optimize system functionality.
• Generating reports and analyzing data to track learning outcomes and system performance.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings a combination of technical know-how and a passion for education. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience working with Learning Management Systems or in a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to assist users and collaborate with the team.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
