Chief Technology Officer

A high-growth AI startup is hiring a Chief Technology Officer to lead engineering and help shape the future of AI-powered enterprise software. What You’ll Do

• Define the company’s technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy

• Build and scale the engineering organization while remaining hands-on with development

• Lead the design of AI-powered document intelligence, workflow automation, and enterprise data platforms

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to solve complex technical and product challenges

• Experience building products from 0 1 in a startup or high-growth environment

• Current or previous CTO, Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, or senior engineering leader with deep technical expertise

• Hands-on experience building production systems with Python, TypeScript/React (Go is a plus)

• Proven experience leading technical architecture, engineering strategy, and team growth

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance executive leadership and hands-on engineering

Up to $250,000 a year - Contract, * Executive-level opportunity with significant ownership and influence over the company’s future
