Entry-Level IT Field Technician

We’re hiring an IT Field Technician to support advanced medical training equipment used by hospitals, universities, and healthcare organizations. What You’ll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain medical simulation equipment
• Work with Windows 11-based systems
• Connect devices to customer networks
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
• Provide excellent customer service at hospitals and universities
• Travel to customer locations throughout your assigned region

• 1-3 years of IT experience or recent IT-related education
• Familiarity with Windows 11
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Addressing)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical or electronics aptitude is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a technical assessment, * Technical School Graduates
• Military Veterans with Technical Experience
• Recent College Graduates in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or Electronics

Travel Requirements This role requires Monday-Friday travel.

• Most travel is within a 5-hour driving radius
• Flights provided when necessary
• Hotel accommodations provided for overnight travel
• Home on weekends
