Job description

Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and growth opportunities., * Provide hardware break-fix services following documented processes and procedures to include hot swap, imaging, and replacement of FRUs (Field Replaceable Units) as applicable

  • Provide deskside hardware and software support
  • Update the asset management system of record where applicable
  • Perform physical IMACD (Installs, Moves, Add, Changes, and Deletions)
  • Perform hardware refresh of aging hardware with the new device based on the end user profile
  • Support Lenovo and Dell laptops and desktops, standard client (AC) image with Microsoft Office, SAP, legacy applications all on a virtualized environment using Citrix
  • Support Client Hand-held Scanners, Android Tablets, Symbol HHT / printers, Lexmark, and Ricoh printers

Requirements

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in (3 days) Tulsa and (2 days) Okmulgee, OK (including Stillwater and Vinita as needed) and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate must have a valid license, car insurance, and personal reliable transportation as some driving will be required for this role., * Technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills include core business systems, applications, hardware and software, printers, and networks

  • Experience working with incident management tools and software packages
  • Knowledge and experience working with Windows 10 / 11
  • Problem solving and analytical skills to understand the technical implications of business decisions and requests
  • Excellent customer service skills with well-developed interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, tact, and discretion
  • Must demonstrate active listening skills that can collect accurate and detailed information
  • Capability to learn and support new applications
  • Ability to defuse tense situations and focus on the issue at hand
  • Verbal communication that is polished, professional, and easy to understand over the phone when needed
  • Written communication is clear and concise, and includes proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Must possess an engaging communication style that includes a friendly and helpful tone both verbally and in email
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and end-user support experience
  • Ability to translate technical language into user-friendly information
  • Team player with strong work ethics, standards, initiative, attention to detail, and quality orientation

Benefits & conditions
