1st/2nd Line Support Engineer

We’re hiring a 2nd Line Support Technician to join a Service Delivery Team, based on-site at a client office in Woking, Surrey. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and delivering a consistently excellent customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

• First point of contact for technical service requests, providing remote and deskside support
• Logging and managing support tickets through their full lifecycle
• Escalating and resolving more complex issues
• Managing workload to meet client SLAs and KPIs
• Owning incidents, requests, and change requests end to end

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting internal IT users, remote and deskside
• Experience with office moves/relocations
• Strong technical knowledge of Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows 10, and PC/server hardware (including mounting and racking)
• Clear communicator, confident working at all levels
• Good time management and prioritisation skills

• ITIL Foundation
• MCITP: Server Administrator or MCSE: Windows Server
• MCSA
• CCNA
