Job description
We are seeking a Senior Finance Solutions Specialist with hands-on experience in Enterprise Financial Management or ERP systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of supporting and delivering multiple implementations, along with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to design and deliver scalable, efficient solutions. In this techno-functional role, you will help drive the evolution, integration, and ongoing management of finance systems within the organization. This position combines solution architecture, application administration, technical support, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to optimize cloud-based financial and operational processes. Responsibilities
- Partner with business, finance, and technical teams to gather requirements, estimate complexity, and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Design end-to-end ERP solutions, including conducting fit-gap analysis and recommending optimal approaches based on functionality, cost, and risk
- Define and oversee system architecture, including integrations (APIs, data flows), while guiding development and troubleshooting efforts
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for finance applications, ensuring system performance, stability, and continuous improvement
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, driving user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and adoption through training and documentation
- Provide advanced technical support and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Ensure compliance with IT controls, governance standards, and security policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with ERP or Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions
- Strong understanding of core accounting processes such as time tracking, revenue recognition, work-in-progress (WIP), and reporting
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions in Agile (Scrum or SAFe) environments
- Familiarity with project and service management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred Skills
- In-depth knowledge of ERP/PSA modules, including project accounting, resource management, financials, time and expense, billing, and multi-currency environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members or working with external vendors
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Solution-oriented mindset focused on delivering business value
