Slalom Flex (Project-Based) - AI/ML Engineer

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience
• Strong experience with python
• Production large language model (LLM) application experience
• Hands-on agentic framework experience; Strands preferred, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar acceptable with transferable patterns
• Strong AWS Bedrock experience
• Fluent with Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM real prompt engineering

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted hourly pay range for is $70/hr to $110/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
