Job description

Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions.
Build plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Automate flows, and integrations.
Collaborate with business/technical teams on CRM enhancements and new capabilities.
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
Support CRM architecture, code reviews, best practices, and team mentoring.

Requirements

5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Apps, Power Automate.
REST APIs, integrations, CRM security, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

Dynamics 365 certifications.
CRM project leadership/mentoring experience.
Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or AI-powered CRM solutions.
