Job description

  • Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Build plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Automate flows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business/technical teams on CRM enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
  • Support CRM architecture, code reviews, best practices, and team mentoring.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
  • C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Apps, Power Automate.
  • REST APIs, integrations, CRM security, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • CRM project leadership/mentoring experience.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or AI-powered CRM solutions.
