Job description

The EI_HUB Data Administrator is responsible for the timely receipt and processing of Service Authorizations in EI_HUB, including coordination with internal staff to ensure prompt follow-up, accurate data entry, and efficient workflow management., * Review and accept Service Authorizations on the date received to support timely service coordination.

  • Post all accepted Service Authorizations to the appropriate staff work queue for timely assignment and follow-up.
  • Enter Service Authorization details and related system actions accurately into the internal database.
  • Update related goals as indicated on the child’s approval.
  • Conduct ongoing follow-up regarding Service Authorizations that require revisions or pending approval to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Prepare and provide dashboard reports and related materials to support review of accepted authorizations.
  • Reviewing reports and updating databases to ensure authorization are reviewed and updated.
  • Provide coverage for the Intake Coordinator, as needed, to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Outlook?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Fluency in oral and written Spanish required
  • Some weekend availability
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Physical Requirements of the Role:

  • Must be able to travel to and from assigned work events including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
  • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
  • Occasionally moving and/or lifting objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds such as files or copy paper.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
