Daily Responsibilities

• 40% Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure
• 25% Improve scalability, reliability, and system performance
• 15% Infrastructure automation using Python and Infrastructure as Code
• 10% Partner with software engineering teams on cloud architecture initiatives
• 10% Monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and operational excellence

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience
• Deep expertise with AWS cloud services
• Production experience with:
• AWS Lambda
• API Gateway
• DynamoDB
• Amazon RDS
• IAM
• Cognito
• CloudFormation
• AWS CDK
• Strong Python development and automation skills
• Experience designing and supporting highly available, low-latency, high-traffic systems
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and systems architecture skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal oversight

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with serverless-first architectures
• CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience
• Experience optimizing cloud cost and performance
• Knowledge of containerization technologies and orchestration platforms
