Job description

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den IT-/OT-Betrieb am Standort inkl. Führung des Teams und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Umsetzung der globalen IT-/OT-, Digitalisierungs- und Cybersecurity-Strategie sowie Sicherstellung von Governance- und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Gewährleistung eines stabilen, sicheren und effizienten Betriebs der gesamten IT-/OT-Landschaft inklusive Wartung, Incident- und Disaster-Recovery-Management
  • Leitung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs-, Integrations- und Modernisierungsprojekten unter Einsatz von SAP-, ERP- und MES-Systemen
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Management, Projektteams und Engineering sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit globalen IT-/OT-Stakeholdern und Audit-Verantwortlichen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT- und OT-Umgebungen, idealerweise im produzierenden Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in industriellen Fertigungsprozessen sowie SAP von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung, strategisches Denkvermögen und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
