Job description

  • Creative Project Management: Take ownership of creative delivery schedules, ensuring copywriters and designers produce and upload assets on time.
  • Workflow & Asset Management: Utilize Workfront to track deliverables, monitor creative progress, and coordinate directly with writers, designers, and external client contacts.
  • Agile Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between creative asset production and technical build teams, maintaining a clear understanding of Agile milestones and timelines.
  • UX & Content Streamlining: Oversee content delivery surrounding complex energy consumption topics, ensuring responsive web best practices, clear calls-to-action (CTAs), and strong customer experience principles are maintained.

Requirements

Role Overview We are seeking a focused, part-time Digital Project Manager to lead creative delivery for a web reskin initiative across 8-10 key web pages for our large energy client. Working directly with our on-site creative team, you will ensure design, copy, and digital assets are delivered on time. This role focuses on managing creative workflow, asset production within an Agile framework., * Core Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital/web concepts including responsive web design, standard web CTAs, and UX/UX writing principles.

  • Agile Familiarity: Proven experience working in Agile environments delivering creative content for technical web builds.
  • Tooling: Adobe Workfront.
  • Work Style: High autonomy-flexible execution (“do the work when you can and deliver”) with reliable availability for key team meetings during EST hours.

Education or Certification Requirement: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, user experience design, or related field.

Agency or Client side in a Creative department preferred.
