You will collaborate with executives, business leads, vendors, and technical teams to deliver software, hardware, and integration solutions that support digital transformation and operational excellence. You drive complex projects, manage budgets and risks, and champion adoption through change management. Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closure) * Manage a strategic visitor experience technology program spanning software, hardware, infrastructure and integrated systems * Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders * Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and status reports * Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive consensus across business, operations, and tech teams * Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure adherence * Manage vendor relationships and third-party implementations * Develop change management and communication strategies for adoption * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues and escalations * Prepare executive updates and post-implementation reviews * Track dependencies across multiple teams * Ensure solutions align with org objectives, standards, and user experience goals Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience * 5+ years of experience managing complex technology implementation projects * Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder programs with multiple workstreams * Experience managing software and infrastructure/hardware initiatives * Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance experience * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills * Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party providers * Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities Key requirements * medical, dental, and vision insurance * retirement plans with employer contributions and matching * paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal time off * professional development and educational assistance * wellness and fitness resources * flexible work arrangements
