Job description

Barnas Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a CRM & Analytics Specialist to join our client in London. In conjunction with the Web & Systems Developer, this role will help maintain the CRM platform end-to-end (data structure, web integration, automation) while also supporting the Data Analyst in turning the customer, web and sales data generated, into pricing, occupancy and marketing insight., * Configure, customise, and maintain the CRM, including workflows, lead pipelines, integrations, and customer journey content across digital platforms.

  • Support the ongoing maintenance, development, and testing of the website, CRM, and in-house web applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Act as a first-line support contact for web and CRM-related queries, assisting with system upgrades, data migrations, and imports.
  • Maintain data quality through cleansing, validation, and ad-hoc SQL queries, providing insights to support pricing and revenue analysis.
  • Support the production of weekly and monthly performance reports across operations, sales and marketing, providing accurate data insights and analysis.
  • Extract, prepare and validate data from multiple business systems, ensuring data quality and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Build and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards to track key metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, occupancy and revenue performance.
  • Monitor CRM and reporting system data integrity, collaborating with IT and Operations teams to identify and resolve data issues.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (Business, IT, Computer Science, Data/Statistics or Marketing) is preferred; candidates with relevant practical experience will also be considered.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in developing and administering CRM platform.
  • Able to deploy and host CRM portals, APIs and web applications on IIS, with confidence monitoring and troubleshooting issues using IIS logs and Event Viewer.
  • Working knowledge of PHP for building and maintaining web applications, CRM modules, and custom integrations, with SQL Server database connectivity for reporting, REST API development, and running PHP on IIS
  • Full development lifecycle exposure: analysis, build, testing, deployment, documentation.
  • Experience analysing conversion and marketing performance data (enquiries, impressions, conversion rates).
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM/website platforms and basic web technologies (forms, tracking pixels, API integrations).
  • Analytical mindset, able to translate CRM/web data into business strategies.
  • SQL proficiency; Power BI or Tableau; comfortable with Excel at an advanced level., * developing and administering CRM Platform: 3 years (preferred)
