Support Engineer (German Speaking)

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, live chat, and SMS
• Help customers resolve technical issues quickly and professionally
• Manage customer accounts

• Windows, We are hiring a German Speaking Technical Support Advisor on a permanent remote basis in the UK, with a salary of £25,000 to £28,500. We are a growing support team focused on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The first week will be onsite for training, and occasional onsite attendance is required for key meetings and company events.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Customer service experience
• Good knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
• Basic networking knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous technical support or helpdesk experience is desirable
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking is desirable
