Requirements
Experience as a Systems Engineer with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, applying past experiences and education to satisfy customer needs., An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph. Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. ## Desired Skills Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence: Experienced with JIRA for project management and Confluence for team collaboration and knowledge sharing. High-Visibility Tasking: Willing and able to take on high-visibility tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Agile Development Experience: Knowledgeable in Agile development methodologies, with a focus on iterative and incremental delivery. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

And more Responsible for applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify Cyber solutions across the lifecycle. Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions. Coordinates and addresses Supply Chain risk management concerns. Develop, evaluate and analyze design constrains, trade-offs and detailed system and security design as they pertain to the Cyber domain. Coordinate with Cyber and system architects and developers to provide oversight in the development of solutions. Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements. Employs cyber security processes, methods, techniques and tools and assure their consistent application. - For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
