  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kundenunterstützung

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd-Level-Support zur Bewältigung von Herausforderungen Betreuung von Supportanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben Verantwortlich für Stammdatenpflege, Softwareverteilung (SCCM) und Benutzerverwaltung im Active Directory Kontinuierliche Erweiterung von Wissen und Fähigkeiten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich

Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support sind von Vorteil Du gehst strukturiert und zielorientiert an Aufgaben heran und trittst selbstbewusst auf Neue und innovative Themen begeistern Dich
