CRM Strategy & RFP Advisory Consultant

Seeking a senior CRM Consultant / Business Analyst / Project Manager to help evaluate the future of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment and lead the development of an RFP for a long-term modernization initiative. Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions across business and technical teams.
• Assess the current Microsoft Dynamics CRM 8.2 environment, integrations, workflows, reporting, and dependencies.
• Evaluate future-state options including Dynamics 365 migration, new cloud implementation, hybrid approaches, and data-archiving strategies.
• Identify risks, timelines, business impacts, and decision points.
• Develop and manage the CRM modernization RFP process.
• Define vendor evaluation criteria and support vendor selection.
• Provide project management, documentation, meeting facilitation, and executive status reporting.

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, CRM Consulting, Project Management, or Solution Advisory experience.
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 background.
• Experience leading software modernization, migration, or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and document future-state recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience developing RFPs, vendor evaluations, and implementation roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dynamics CRM 8.x and Dynamics 365 migration experience.
• Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, workflow automation, integrations, and legacy system modernization.
• Consulting experience evaluating technology strategy and implementation options.
• Ability to operate independently and guide executive-level decision making.
