• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation, business improvement, or technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies, cloud platforms, automation tools, and business systems.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, or other project delivery methodologies is desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
