DescriptionDé el siguiente paso en su carrera profesional ahora: desplácese hacia abajo para leer la descripción completa del puesto y envíe su solicitud.Are you passionate about how Agentic AI is reshaping enterprise software and business processes?As a Partner Solutions Architect focused on Agentic AI, you will work with AWS Consulting and Technology Partners across EMEA to help them build and deliver AI agent solutions that automate and augment complex workflows.You will do it by enabling partners on Agentic Orchestration, Amazon Bedrock (Amazon AgentCore, Amazon Strands), and Frontier Agents, while guiding them through the Agentic Process Transformation (APT) methodology to deliver repeatable customer outcomes at scale.Key Job ResponsibilitiesSupport partner go?to?market motions by providing technical guidance and support, thought leadership on agentic AI - covering Agentic Orchestration, Amazon Bedrock (Amazon AgentCore, Amazon Strands), and Frontier Agents.Enable AWS Partners and internal AWS teams on the adoption and delivery of agentic AI solutions using Agentic Orchestration patterns, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon AgentCore, Amazon Strands, and Frontier Agents across the full lifecycle.Create best practices and architectural guidance on agentic AI patterns: multi?agent orchestration, tool use, memory management, guardrails, human?in?the?loop, retrieval augmented generation, responsible AI, cost optimization, and production deployment, being a thought leader on the area.Be the technical reference on Agentic AI for the EMEA Partner Organization, collecting and exposing all the work done across EMEA.Guide partners through the Agentic Process Transformation (APT) methodology - from identifying candidate processes through solution design, implementation, and scaling - and help them build differentiated GenAI practices.Collaborate with AWS account teams, professional services, and commercial sales to bridge partner capabilities with customer demand for agentic AI solutions.Build prototypes and proof?of?concept solutions demonstrating Agentic Orchestration, Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands, and Frontier Agent architectures that partners can replicate and customize for their customers.Represent partner needs to AWS service teams (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon AgentCore, Amazon Strands, Frontier Agents), influencing roadmaps and advocating for features that accelerate partner adoption.Contribute to the Partner Solutions Architecture community through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and hiring.A day in the LifeDays will vary;
