Warehouse Inventory Specialist

• Set up and troubleshoot vending machines at customer sites
• Respond to service calls and log detailed tickets
• Maintain accurate inventory records remotely and onsite
• Replenish products and support VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) programs
• Prepare, receive, and stock materials as needed
• Communicate professionally with customer contacts and internal teams

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Vending Specialist to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial vending machines for tools and MRO products. This role combines technical, inventory, and customer service responsibilities across multiple customer locations.

Applicants must have prior Excel and inventory experience to be considered., * 21+ years old with valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated with strong organization and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication (verbal & written)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Experience with inventory systems, VMI, or vending machines preferred
• Must have strong Excel skills for inventory tracking, reporting, and order documentation.
