Job description

Client is seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to support healthcare analytics, population health workflows, and Healthy Planet application initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Epic Healthy Planet experience with hands-on knowledge of risk management and attribution workflows.

Requirements

  • Active Epic Healthy Planet Certification (Mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet applications
  • Strong understanding of population health workflows and healthcare data processes
  • Experience with Risk Roster Attrition
  • Experience with A&A (Assignment & Attribution) workflows
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Other Experience

  • Experience working in healthcare IT environments
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, enhancements, and production support
  • Understanding of value-based care and population health initiatives

Benefits & conditions

$75 - $78 an hour - Contract
