  • Gewährleistung eines störungsfreien IT-Betriebs für externe Kunden
  • Bereitstellung effizienten Telefon- und E-Mail-Supports für Anwender
  • Vor-Ort-Diagnose und Behebung von Netzwerkstörungen, Integration neuer Technologien
  • Ticketsystem-Dokumentation von Lösungsstrategien und Aufgaben
  • Förderung von Prozessverbesserungen im IT-Dienstleistungssektor

Requirements

  • Abschluss oder Erfahrung im IT-Bereich, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Versiertheit in Microsoft-Technologien, einschließlich Office 365 und Exchange
  • Tiefgreifendes Wissen in Linux, Mac, und Windows-Systemadministration
  • Fachkenntnisse über Netzwerktechniken im Business-Sektor
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
