Job description

  • Dein Schwerpunkt ist die Einrichtung/Konfiguration verschiedener Devices (Laptops, Handys, Tablets)
  • Du betreust Anwender*innen bei auftretenden Hard- und Softwareproblemen im 1st-Level-Support
  • Du analysierst, lĂśst und dokumentierst anfallende Anwenderprobleme per Telefon, Remoteverbindung und vor Ort
  • Du unterstĂźtzt bei technischen Dokumentationen und Nutzerleitfäden sowie beim Aufbau der IT-Infrastruktur

Requirements

  • Du studierst gerade oder machst eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Windows-, Android und Apple-Betriebssystemen sowie Microsoft Office-Produkten
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen wie Zendesk mit
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Serviceorientierung zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und zielgerichtet
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
