Job description

  • Installation, Austausch und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Endgeräten im Rahmen von IT-Projekten
  • Auf- und Abbau von Hardware im Rahmen von Rollout- und Umzugsprojekten in Frankfurt am Main
  • DurchfĂźhrung von First- und Second-Level- IT-Support sowie Fehleranalyse
  • Dokumentation und Pflege von Assets in Kundensystemen
  • UnterstĂźtzung bei Standardinstallationen und Vor-Ort-Einsätzen als IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Requirements

  • Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support, Rollout oder Field Service
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Hardware und Netzwerktechnik
  • Strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • FĂźhrerschein Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft fĂźr Einsätze in Frankfurt am Main
