Job description

  • Betreuung von Anwendern vor Ort in der Tech Lounge sowie per Remote Support
  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Störungen und Serviceanfragen im Ticketsystem
  • 1st Level Support für Windows-, MacOS-, iOS- und mobile Endgeräte
  • Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Leihgeräten sowie Unterstützung bei Gerätewechseln
  • Fehleranalyse und Weiterleitung komplexerer Fälle an den 2nd Level Support

Requirements

  • Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support, Service Desk oder technischen Anwendersupport
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365 sowie mobilen Endgeräten (iOS/Android)
  • Kenntnisse in Active Directory, VPN, MFA und Netzwerkkonfigurationen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Service-, Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
