Job description

  • Administer and support Oracle Siebel CRM environments across Development, Test, and Production
  • Install, configure, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot Siebel environments
  • Administer Siebel Server, Gateway, and Enterprise Server components
  • Monitor system performance and perform performance tuning
  • Manage migrations using the Siebel Migration tool
  • Support production incidents and end users
  • Perform backup/recovery and log analysis
  • Troubleshoot server crashes, Object Manager issues, and integration failures
  • Manage SSL certificates and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

  • Strong Oracle Siebel CRM architecture and administration experience
  • Siebel Server, Gateway & Enterprise Server
  • Linux Server Administration
  • Oracle Database & SQL
  • Apache & Tomcat
  • Siebel Tools & Siebel Migration Tool
  • SSL certificates
  • Strong troubleshooting and production support experience

Preferred:

  • SOAP & REST Web Services
  • Oracle SOA Suite and/or MuleSoft
  • Oracle Siebel CRM, Database, or Middleware certifications
