Job description

The environment includes Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, supporting different business processes, users, security requirements, and administrative needs.

The selected Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day platform administration, user and security management, configuration enhancements, Salesforce Flow automation, data quality, reports and dashboards, release support, troubleshooting, and platform governance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys working beyond basic user administration and wants exposure to a complex multi-org Salesforce ecosystem with multiple business teams, vendor partners, and enterprise stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide daily Salesforce administration and platform support across multiple Salesforce orgs.
  • Manage user provisioning, user access, profiles, permission sets, and security configurations.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and related platform components.
  • Implement small to medium-sized Salesforce enhancements.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and process automation.
  • Modify page layouts and user experiences based on business requirements.
  • Support minor data-model changes and configuration updates.
  • Monitor and improve Salesforce data quality.
  • Support duplicate prevention, data hygiene, validation rules, and data-quality activities.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce user, configuration, access, security, and functionality issues.
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable Salesforce configuration tasks.
  • Support Salesforce environments using Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • Create, update, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with release-management activities.
  • Prepare and maintain Salesforce sandboxes.
  • Coordinate testing activities for Salesforce releases and enhancements.
  • Support deployment activities across Salesforce environments.
  • Maintain documentation related to platform configuration, governance, security, and audit requirements.
  • Work with internal technical teams and external vendor teams to maintain consistency across Salesforce orgs.
  • Monitor Salesforce platform releases and evaluate new features.
  • Recommend platform improvements and configuration enhancements where appropriate.
  • Support Agile and iterative delivery activities.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities in a complex multi-org environment., You will be an especially strong fit if you are an experienced Salesforce Administrator who has supported more than one Salesforce org and can independently manage security, users, automation, configuration, data quality, reporting, troubleshooting, and releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional Salesforce administration experience.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce user-administration experience.
  • Experience with user provisioning and access management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce profiles and permission management.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce platform security.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce object configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and automation.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data-management principles.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Experience troubleshooting Salesforce user and configuration issues.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configuration solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple Salesforce environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business, technical, and vendor teams.

Certification Requirements

The following certifications are required or must be obtained within the established timeframe:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
