IT Network System Administrator

• Handle and resolve IT support tickets across multiple client accounts, from first response through resolution, keeping clear notes at every step
• Provide day-to-day support to client users across Windows 10/11, macOS, and the Microsoft 365 / Office suite
• Troubleshoot email, connectivity, and application issues, and explain the fix in plain English
• Support and help maintain Windows Server environments and file servers
• Assist with firewall operation, LAN/WAN monitoring, routers, and switches, and watch for security threats
• Run and verify daily network backups
• Help coordinate network and hardware upgrades, including cabling
• Meet response and resolution targets and keep clients updated on ticket status
• Document your work clearly so the whole team stays in sync

• 2+ years supporting end users in an IT / MSP or in-house help desk role
• Experience working tickets in a PSA ticketing system, ConnectWise preferred
• Solid grounding in Windows desktop and server, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Certifications a strong plus, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft, or Cisco (we’ll help you earn more)
• Customer-focused, calm under pressure, and well-organized
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills
• A self-starter who solves problems and follows through
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record, able to travel to client sites within a 50-mile radius of Irvine (mileage reimbursed)
• Able to pass a nationwide background check, * In the past 2-3 years, have you worked for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)?
