Job description

Engineer, support, and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments
Implement and maintain Microsoft Azure services including compute, storage, networking, and IAM
Administer Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and hybrid identity solutions
Perform root-cause analysis and incident response across infrastructure environments
Execute upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management initiatives
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, standards, and diagrams
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions and project updates
Mentor junior engineers and improve operational processes and automation

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows support?, We are seeking a Senior Network / Systems Engineer with deep virtualization and infrastructure expertise to support highly available environments for SMB and healthcare clients. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role focused heavily on VMware, Citrix, Azure, Entra ID, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.

The ideal candidate is a strong troubleshooting engineer who thrives in complex hybrid environments and enjoys working across cloud, virtualization, identity, storage, and networking technologies., * 7+ years of systems engineering or infrastructure administration experience

Strong Citrix engineering and troubleshooting experience
Deep Microsoft Azure infrastructure experience
Advanced knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory
Strong Windows Server administration background
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including VLANs, routing, firewalls, and load balancers
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills in remote environments
Ability to support scheduled after-hours maintenance activities
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, * VMware virtualization expertise
Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect certifications
Citrix certifications preferred
Experience with Pure Storage FlashArray
Cisco UCS administration experience
Backup/DR experience including Veeam
PowerShell or Python scripting experience
Experience working in healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environments
Infrastructure-as-code and automation exposure
